Hi, I’m Lulu — a Product & UX Designer helping purpose-led teams bring clarity to complex ideas by designing and building thoughtful digital products and websites.

Previously based in Sydney, I now collaborate globally as a location-independent designer, working remotely with teams who care about both impact and craft.

My work spans product design, UX/UI, user research, and front-end website development. I move fluidly from strategy to execution — translating insights into intuitive interfaces and scalable digital systems.

For every project, I begin with a few essential questions: What is the goal? Who is it for? What do users truly need? These questions anchor my process in intention, empathy, and clarity.

In this phase, I immerse myself in understanding the goals and audience through research, interviews, and insights gathering.

Here, ideas take shape. I explore creative directions, prototypes, and visuals that translate insight into meaningful design.

This is where everything comes together — refining, producing, and delivering outcomes that connect people and inspire change.

Working with Lulu was a highly enjoyable experience, as she was often checking in and offering suggestions on ways to improve the site and find the right style to suit my business image.
